Residential Sales Adviser

Location: Loughton, Essex

Hours: Full-time, flexible 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays 

Salary: By negotiation

We are seeking to appoint a sales-driven individual of integrity with a thoroughly professional approach to complement our Loughton team.  A comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including good contacts, would be an advantage, as would the proven or potential ability to be an effective sale closer. All candidates should be IT-skilled and a car owner/driver. It is also required that they are non-smokers.

Letting Consultant

Location: Waltham Abbey/ Loughton, Essex

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays

Salary: By negotiation

To be energetic and proactive in developing and maintaining a customer oriented service which ensures that service standards are achieved within the framework of company policy and in accord with legislative and regulatory requirements.

To service our existing client base and further expand our portfolio of managed and non-managed properties with a view to maximising profits for the company at all times.

Applicants should ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Possess proficiency with computer systems
  • Smartly presented and articulate with a sound educational background
  • Energetic with ability to cope effectively with increasing workload
  • Self-motivated, while working as part of a team
  • Good local area knowledge
