The company was founded in 1988 by managing director Peter Roffey who has been successfully operating within local residential estate agency since 1978 and is a Fellow Member of The National Association of Estate Agents.

Peter with his co-director wife, Katina Roffey, continue to head the company while their teams of dedicated residential sales and lettings consultants provide a professional approach widely acknowledged as being the hallmark of the company.
